We conduct regular, objective, and constructive inspections to supervise our agents and ensure continuous presence and engagement in the field.

Quality Control
Each of our Business UNIT managers maintains direct contact with clients through regular visits aimed at measuring and analyzing satisfaction levels. After each visit, an evaluation report is drafted to identify areas for improvement and to uphold high-quality standards in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
Internal Audit
Our ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 officer conducts regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of our quality and environmental management systems. These audits, carried out according to a comprehensive audit plan, ensure procedures are followed, drive system improvements, and confirm that corrective and/or preventive actions have been implemented — guaranteeing compliance with our ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) commitments.
Product Monitoring and Measurement
Our inspectors perform random on-site quality checks. Their objective is to consistently evaluate agents and their missions, based on the specific requirements of each assignment and the core values upheld by Protection UNIT.
E-PROCEDURES
Each agent is equipped with a smartphone loaded with our custom-developed application, tailored to the needs of the security industry. This app includes several key features:
Check-In Function
Before beginning their shift, each agent logs into the smartphone using their personal credentials to check in.
Key advantages
- Once the agent is identified on site, the start and end times are automatically registered in our scheduling software, ensuring fair and transparent billing, based strictly on the hours actually worked.
- During check-in, agents are informed of any updated instructions or new procedures, in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 best practices.
Patrol Function
The app allows the setup and monitoring of mandatory patrols for security agents.
Reporting Function
At the end of each shift, a detailed end-of-mission report is automatically sent to the client (via their secure client portal and/or email).
In addition to these, other report types can be configured, such as incident reports or observation reports — all of which can include photos or videos for clarity and transparency.
